The document below describe the current MATS Memorandum of Understanding between the entities representing the MATS planning area. The document conforms to the requirements specified in 23 CFR 450, spelling out the roles of the various MATS committees (Policy, Technical Coordination, and Citizens’ Advisory Committees), as well as the responsibilities of the MATS staff.
