The document below describe the current MATS Public Participation Plan.  The document conforms to the requirements specified in 23 CFR 450.  It is updated as needed to reflect the intentions of the MATS committees to engage in a continuing, collaborative and comprehensive planning process (latest amendments 9 March 2016) .  It is reviewed at least once every five (5) years, concurrent with the Long Range Transportation Plan update cycle.
